Content

Classed Educators retains exclusive rights, in perpetuity of all content created by contracted and compensated independent content creators according to lesson plans and study guides designed by Classed Educators. Teachers on the platform are hired as contractors and may not reproduce or distribute that content.

By creating content on the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the Service, in perpetuity. We retain any and all of the rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the Service under Classed Educators content instruction and presentation guides. You agree that this license includes the right for us to make the content available to paying users of the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

Any pre-recorded, post-recorded or live learning content you produce belongs to Classed Educators (you do not own it), and by submitting it, you have no right to use it and thereby grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms of Service, and

After you submit pre-recorded learning content or deliver learning content live that may be recorded, when we exercise usage rights on the Service, this does not violate your privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights

Backups

Although regular backups of content are performed, we do not guarantee there will be no loss or corruption of data. Corrupt or invalid backup points may be caused by, without limitation, content that is corrupted prior to being backed up or that changes during the time a backup is performed. We will provide support and attempt to troubleshoot any known or discovered issues that may affect the backups of content. But you acknowledge that we have no liability related to the integrity of content or the failure to successfully restore content to a usable state. You also agree to maintain a complete and accurate copy of any content in a location independent of the Service.

Availability And Support

We will endeavour to make the Website and Service available to the public, customers and users 24 x 7, however we shall not be liable if for any reason the website or Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.

We may suspend access to your account temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or due to a Force Majeure Event (unforseen circumstance).

We will provide technical support to you by email only. Technical support will only be provided for bugs or errors that are reproducible by us. You agree to provide us with full and accurate details of all bugs and errors, on request. You acknowledge that we provide no warranty that all or any bugs or errors will be corrected.

Neither our staff nor our third party service partners have access to any user passwords and cannot access your account, profile or Data.

Classed Educators reserves the right to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter which is subject to indemnification under this section and Terms Of Service. In such a case, you agree to cooperate with any reasonable requests assisting Classed Educators defence of such matter.

Classed Educators reserves the right, in its sole discretion and authority, to restrict, terminate, suspend or otherwise limit this Terms Of Service and any access to part or all of our Service at any time and for any reason whatsoever with or without notice or liability.

Classed Educators further reserves the right to alter, change, update, discontinue or suspend access to party or all of our Service at any time and for any reason whatsoever with or without notice or liability.

All appropriate sections including but not limited to Indemnification, Limitation of Liability, Termination, Governing Law and Jurisdiction, and Miscellaneous shall survive the termination of this Terms Of Service.
